When booking appointments, we will need a credit card to hold the slot. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 4 hours notice. Any appointments that are canceled with less than 4-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).

SICK POLICY

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick or have symptoms (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees and clients.

CHECKING IN

We ask that you sign in at the front desk, we will have you wait in your car or outdoors until your service time because we no longer have a waiting area.

All staff and guests will be asked to participate in a non contact thermometer temperature check. Any person with a temperature of 100 degrees and more will be asked to reschedule their appointments.

Facemask or face covering is required before entering the salon and must be worn correctly throughout your servicing appointments. If you do not have a facemask we will have facemasks available for purchase.

Please wash hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with antibacterial soap or sanitize your hands before choosing colors. We kindly ask that you choose your colors in a timely manner so it doesn’t affect your service time.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and please do not bring children or friends that are not getting services to your appointment unless accompanied by a caregiver.

AFTER CHECKING IN/ UPON CHECKING OUT

To comply with 6 feet social distancing we will be placing plexi-glass on every manicure station and only using every other pedicure station, therefore will be limited in space and will not be able to accommodate mani/pedi at the same time.

We kindly ask all guests to leave immediately after their finished services to give us the proper amount of time to sanitize and disinfect the station. We highly recommend using dazzle dry, gel, or dip to reduce smudging and due to the circumstances our drying station is shut down.

We require all clients to wash their hands with antibacterial soap for at least 20 seconds upon arrival. Technicians will also spray sanitizer before the start of each nail service to ensure safety.

To minimize spread of any viruses we temporarily removed all non-essential amenities such as magazines, water, and tea. Please do not bring any outside food or beverages to your service.

For a more contactless experience we highly recommend paying with the card that is on file used during booking. We will email your receipt.

Tipping- We recommend using Venmo, but if you chose to carry cash please have the correct change for a more contactless experience.

Thank you so much for your cooperation and we look forward to re-opening again. If you have any questions at all please feel free to email us at bisounailbar@gmail.com.
